I believe Home Reports in Scotland should be scrapped.
Both buyers & sellers still have to pay for independent surveys and it is definitely holding the market back in Scotland as price is determined by one person on similar properties.
Currently buyers in Scotland are not paying over the Home report figure and this is detrimental to everyone.
