Members of the Social Housing sector are no different to any other commercial entity in that as businesses they evolve, mature and frequently need to adopt the constitution or structure of a different corporate vehicle that will help them to deliver their objectives. Such processes are ongoing and organisations, their structures and strategies need constant review and adjustment to ensure they stay on course - within the designated legal boundaries.
