TC Young Solicitors Appointed to GCC Approved List
TC Young is delighted to be added to the Glasgow City Council restricted standing list for the appointment of financial guardian in terms of the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000. The firm's private client department has developed a significant interest in this area of law which assists adults with incapacity and mental health issues. Lesley Hurst is the lead partner for this field and is particularly engaged in using this law to help individuals who are unable to manage their own finances and welfare.
