Our team specialise in the social housing or voluntary sectors and we can correctly be categorised as a dedicated social housing firm. In addition, TC Young is recognised by external leading publications as Scotland’s leading social housing firm, with several individual partners recognised as “leaders in their field”. We are the ONLY firm in Scotland to have been consistently ranked by Chambers (an independent publication carrying out extensive annual research) in the leading band of social housing lawyers for the past 10 years.  We have gained this reputation through sustained involvement in the sector over the decades and it recognises our detailed technical knowledge, strong client relationships and an evolving approach to the work we undertake.
