Douglas Collingham qualified as a Solicitor in 1991 and joined TC Young in 2001. Douglas is a Partner in the Property Department.

Shirley Evans
Shirley is a partner in TC Young’s Edinburgh office and has acted on behalf of local authorities, registered social landlords and private landlords in a wide range of housing issues since the early 90s. She has extensive practical experience in conducting housing litigation in both the Sheriff Court and the Court of Session.
