Homestake

We have acted for clients in the Scottish Government’s successful pilot Homestake scheme funded by Communities Scotland to the tune of £20 million. The scheme proved to be so successful the Scottish Government is investing £584million to provide 8000 more homes. We offer a streamlined service at a fixed price.
