We have a well trained team experienced in the statutory scheme which applies to Right to Buy sales. We are familiar with the timescales to be met and the penalties for failing to meet them and work in a responsive and structured way to comply with those requirements.

We can advise on the modernised rules that apply to the RTB including discount entitlement and cost floor rules. One of the issues we have identified amongst clients is that the turnover of their staff can lead to the loss of RTB experience so we offer training by our team for your team to build working relations and know how.
