Shared ownership purchase and sales

We have dealt with shared ownership sales for many years and are familiar with every possible permutation. Although shared ownership sales and buy backs appear to be straightforward transactions, due to the complex and unusual legal basis for these sales, many queries and issues can arise. We have an efficient and streamlined system for dealing with day-to-day sales and buy backs and offer a fixed price for standard transactions. We also have solicitors who can deal with more complex questions, such as what happens when the 20 years period expires under the occupancy agreement, or what action you can take if a sharing owner falls behind with their rent but not their mortgage. We have sufficient experience to be able to give you straight answers to difficult questions and we are also happy to offer training to staff to guide through what they need to know to deal with this aspect of an RSL’s work.
