TC Young Expands its Property Teams With Four New Appointments

TC Young is delighted to announce four new hires as the firm continues to expand its growing property teams across Scotland.

Joining the busy Residential Property team are Kirsty Fyfe, Solicitor, and Claire Weir, Secretary. The appointments strengthen the team’s capacity as demand for residential conveyancing services continues to grow.

In addition, Eilidh Dickson and Stephen Higgins have joined TC Young’s Commercial Property team as Senior Associates, further bolstering the firm’s offering to business and commercial clients across Scotland.

Kirsty is a Solicitor specialising in all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases and transfers of title. A graduate of the University of Strathclyde, she began her career in Edinburgh before returning to her west coast roots to practice in Glasgow. Known for her friendly and approachable manner, Kirsty guides clients confidently through every stage of their property transaction.

Claire brings extensive administrative and organisational experience to her role as Secretary in TC Young’s Residential Property team. Drawing on her previous management experience, she applies strong client service skills, attention to detail, and efficient workflow management to support smooth and seamless property transactions.

Eilidh Dickson has joined TC Young as a Senior Associate in the Commercial Property team. She has vast experience across a wide range of residential and commercial property matters, including sales, purchases, property finance and commercial leasing. She has also spent time volunteering as a non-executive director on the Board for Judo Scotland and Dumfries & Galloway Citizens Advice Service. Known for her personable, pragmatic and client-focused approach, Eilidh ensures transactions run smoothly and efficiently for her clients.

Stephen returns to TC Young as a Senior Associate in the Commercial Property team. He has over 15 years’ experience advising a variety of clients ranging from RSLs, charities, businesses, individuals and telecommunications operators on all types of property transactions including those relating to commercial and residential properties, leasing, factoring, development projects, telecommunications agreements and large-scale security matters. Known for his practical, client-focused approach, Stephen helps clients achieve efficient and commercially sound outcomes.
