Bio
Eilidh Dickson is a Senior Associate at TC Young, specialising in commercial property law. She holds an LLB (Hons) in Scots Law from the University of Dundee and a Diploma in Legal Practice. Eilidh began her legal career in 2012 as a trainee gaining exposure to a high volume of complex work and developing broad experience across the commercial property sector.
Eilidh advises on all aspects of commercial property transactions throughout Scotland, including high value residential acquisitions and disposals, title rectification, refinancing, and estate sales and purchases. Her clients include individuals, SMEs, companies, SIPP trustees and social landlords, and her practice covers commercial leasing, investment transactions and a wide range of property related matters.
Known for her pragmatic and commercially focused approach, Eilidh works efficiently to support clients through their transactions and is committed to providing advice in clear and accessible language.
Eilidh has also served as a non executive director on the Boards of Judo Scotland and Dumfries & Galloway Citizens Advice Service.
Outside of work, she enjoys an active lifestyle, keeping up with her three children, going to the gym and walking her two dogs.
