Fraser Cowan is a litigation solicitor specialising in housing management and dispute resolution. He joined TC Young in June 2021 and became part of the Dispute Resolution team in September 2025.
Fraser represents individuals and businesses in a wide range of civil disputes, assisting clients to both pursue and defend claims. He advises and represents clients across a broad range of matters, including construction and property disputes, consumer issues and debt recovery.
Fraser regularly appears in sheriff courts across Scotland. He is experienced in managing Simple Procedure and Ordinary Cause matters. His experience within the Court team has strengthened his client-focused approach and commitment to achieving practical, effective outcomes. He is committed to providing clear, practical advice and guiding clients confidently through each stage of the court process.
Fraser also has experience in dealing with housing management matters including tenancies, rent arrears, antisocial behaviour, factoring and succession.
Fraser is a member of the Law Society of Scotland and a registered Notary Public.
