Bio
Lucy Fraser is a Trainee Solicitor within the Private Client Team and is based within our Glasgow Office.
Lucy graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2025, with a degree in Scots Law with Spanish Language. She then continued her studies at Glasgow and completed her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice in 2026.
Before starting her traineeship, Lucy had worked as an administrative assistant in the firm for 2 years working both in the support and Family departments, which provided valuable experience in the daily workings of the firm.
Lucy works primarily within the specialist Adults with Incapacity Team – assisting with all aspects of applying for Financial and Welfare Guardianship Orders. In addition to working with the Adults with Incapacity Team, Lucy also provides support to wider private client matters including the preparation of Wills, Trusts and Powers of Attorney. Lucy is looking forward to developing her knowledge of this area of law throughout the first year of her traineeship.
Outside of work, Lucy is a Scottish International Sprinter, having competed in the 4 x 100m at the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games. When not at work or training Lucy enjoys spending time with friends and family and trying new coffee/food places.
