Matthew Hearns is a Trainee Solicitor at TC Young in Edinburgh.
Matthew obtained his Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Glasgow in 2025, after graduating from an LLB there in 2024.
Matthew joined the firm in September 2025 and has been working with the court team to handle matters regarding tenancy queries and housing disputes including providing advice on Registered Social Landlord eviction grounds, Notices of Proceedings, Short Scottish Secure Tenancies, Anti-Social Behaviour Orders, succession and condition of property.
