Milly McGregor is a Solicitor in TC Young’s Projects and Third Sector Department.
Milly joined TC Young in 2026 following the completion of her traineeship, during which she worked primarily with Registered Social Landlords and charitable organisations. She graduated from the University of Glasgow with an LLB (Hons) in Scots Law in 2023 and went on to complete her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Strathclyde in 2024.
Milly predominantly advises Registered Social Landlords on a range of matters, including negotiating loan documentation with major lenders and assisting with the preparation of related documents.
She also regularly advises clients on compliance with data protection legislation, including Subject Access Requests, as well as obligations under the Freedom of Information Act and the Environmental Information Regulations.
In addition, Milly assists with the negotiation of contractual terms across a range of commercial agreements, including goods and services contracts, as well as collateral warranties and other matters relating to construction projects.
