Olivia Llewellyn Smith is currently a trainee solicitor at our Edinburgh Office. She started her traineeship in the Private Client department, where she developed skills in Wills, Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration, and Residential Conveyancing. Olivia has now moved to the Property team, continuing to expand her knowledge and experience.
In her current position, Olivia plays an integral role in all areas of commercial property work and conveyancing. She provides comprehensive support to the team, particularly in property acquisitions, and works collaboratively with colleagues on title matters and legal drafting. Olivia is actively engaged in preparing lease agreements, renunciations, variations, and extensions, thereby ensuring the efficient management of legal documents within the department.
Olivia is committed to building strong client relationships, which she fosters through clear and effective communication. Her proactive approach guarantees that clients receive prompt and transparent updates on the progress of their matters.
