Bio
Spencer Wilson is currently a Trainee Solicitor at TC Young. He began his legal training within the Private Client Team at the firm’s Glasgow office. Following his initial experience, Spencer has moved to the commercial property department where he is now broadening his expertise.
Spencer holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Strathclyde. He graduated in 2024, equipping him with a strong academic foundation in law.
In his role, Spencer actively assists with all aspects of commercial property work and conveyancing. He supports the team by helping with property acquisitions and collaborates closely with colleagues on all matters related to title and legal drafting. Spencer is involved in the drafting of lease agreements, renunciations, variations, and extensions, contributing to the smooth handling of legal documentation within the department.
Spencer is dedicated to developing effective relationships with clients, which he achieves through excellent communication via both e-mail and telephone. This approach ensures clients receive timely and clear updates regarding their matters.
