As part of our continued growth, TC Young is delighted to announce the promotion of 4 key staff members.

Evelyn Wallace has been promoted to the position of Senior Associate.

Evelyn joined TC Young in 2017, has over 10 years of family law experience. Based in our Glasgow office, she advises clients on divorce, child contact, residence disputes, and cohabitation issues. Accredited in trauma-informed practice and as a family law mediator, Evelyn regularly represents clients in children’s hearings and the sheriff court. ​

In our Edinburgh office, Fiona McGougan & Sarah Jamieson have been promoted to the position of Associate.

Fiona joined the firm in 2020 and has over six years’ experience in commercial conveyancing. As a key member of our Property Department, she advises clients on land acquisitions, development agreements, and related property matters.

Sarah joined TC Young as a Trainee in 2019, qualifying in 2021. A key member of our Edinburgh Private Client team, she advises clients on matters related to residential property, Wills, Powers of Attorney and Executries.

Meanwhile, Jenna Mackle has been promoted to the position of Senior Solicitor.

Jenna joined TC Young in 2019 and is an integral member of our specialist Adults with Incapacity Team. She advises clients on Financial and Welfare Guardianship orders, Wills, and Powers of Attorney, regularly appearing in court to represent clients in guardianship proceedings.
