As part of our continued growth, TC Young is delighted to announce the promotion of 2 key staff members.
Lynne Lind has been promoted to the position of Associate within the firm’s Adults with Incapacity team in Glasgow.
Lynne joined TC Young in 2017 and is a key member of our AWI Team. She acts in Scottish courts on Financial and Welfare Guardianship Applications and Intervention Orders and advises families and carers of adults who lack capacity. Her work also covers Wills and Powers of Attorney, Trusts for vulnerable adults, Access to Funds applications, recognition of English orders, Care Costs, and Court Reports under the Adults with Incapacity framework.
Fiona Spowart has been promoted to the Position of Senior Solicitor within the Glasgow Private Client Team.
Fiona joined TC Young in February 2022 as a Trainee Solicitor and qualified in February 2024, after completing her Law Degree and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Edinburgh. She works within the Glasgow Private Client department, advising on Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and Estate Administration, with a particular interest in Inheritance Tax.
