To pursue or not to pursue?  When should you exercise debt recovery options in seeking to recover monies due to you by a debtor?  There are a number of factors to consider. The key will be to pursue the right debt, seeking to maximise return on the time and money spent in pursuing that debt.

This session will look at the options available to you to recover debts due by factored owners and former tenants.  It will focus on the debt recovery process, Simple Procedure court actions for recovery of sums due, as well as post-payment Order diligence options that are available to you to exercise in pursuit of these debts.

Who Should Attend?

Housing staff who are involved in factoring, housing management and income maximisation.  This course will give you the tools to support you in your day to day role.
