JAPANESE KNOTWEED - LEGAL IMPLICATIONS

If there is Japanese Knotweed growing on your property, this is not in itself a violation of any legislation. However, there is now legislation in place for the neglect of dealing with Japanese Knotweed, i.e. penalties for allowing it to spread.
