Leanne Lanigan has over 17 year’s legal experience in assisting clients with buying their first home, moving house, refinancing and discharging mortgages and dealing with the sale of a property after death.
She is involved in all aspects of the conveyancing process, from the initial contact to completion and can advise on the implications of LBTT and ADS Leanne started her career selling new build properties and now provides in depth knowledgeable advice to the buyers instead. Leanne recognises that buying or selling a home can be a very stressful time for clients and works closely with them to make sure that they get the best possible outcome.
Leanne also advises clients in relation to re-mortgages and transfers of title including those which are a result of matrimonial breakdown and works closely with our family team to ensure each client’s individual needs are met.
Leanne is currently undertaking her Diploma in Legal Practice on a part-time basis and is due to qualify as a trainee solicitor in 2022. She is a practical, positive and dedicated member of our team
